Comprehensive Community Solutions (CCS) is a non-profit in Bedford, Illinois dedicated to community development, including workforce development, affordable housing, and neighborhood development.
Our team is assigned to revisit and improve CCS's financial position and organizational structure, by evaluting the sustainability of its existing programs, designing a self-sufficient financial model, and re-organizing its staffing structure.
